閱讀下面的文字，根據(jù)要求寫一篇不少于800字的文章;
晉平公讓人造了一張琴，大弦、小弦全部一樣;讓師曠（名叫曠的樂師，古代著名音樂家）調(diào)弦校音;調(diào)了一整天，總是彈不出和諧的音調(diào);晉平公責怪師曠;
師曠說：“琴，它的大弦好比是君主，小弦好比是臣子;大弦、小弦的作用不同，配合起來才能發(fā)出動聽的聲音;不互相侵奪各自的職能，陰陽才能調(diào)和;現(xiàn)在您把弦都弄成一樣，那就失去它們應有的職能了，這難道是樂師所能調(diào)好的嗎？”
要求全面理解材料，但可以選擇一個側(cè)面、一個角度構思作文;自主確定立意，確定文體，確定標題；不要脫離材料內(nèi)容及其含意作文，不要套作，不得抄襲;
對2008年高考文綜全國卷地理試題的印象
――從幾點變化談起

高考改革自1999年至今已經(jīng)歷了10個春秋，十年改革變化多，命題思路、高考內(nèi)容在變化。我們眼見得“知識立意”向“能力立意”的轉(zhuǎn)變，試題在不斷發(fā)展變化，難度也在悄悄地變化著。同樣是某項知識（如等高線）的內(nèi)容，今天的要求已和過去完全不同。雖然是“穩(wěn)中求變、穩(wěn)中求新”，但“穩(wěn)中求變”真在“變”，“穩(wěn)中求新”真有“新”，而我們的高考備考思路、復習理念和方法，卻變化不是很大。相反，投入越來越多，教輔資料越來越厚，負擔越來越重，效率卻越來越低。有的學校說自己的學生成績提高了多少，但問到是用什么方法提高的，卻答不出來；明明知道高考改革“以能力立意”，能力要求在提高，但為什么就不能在教學和復習過程中對能力培養(yǎng)給以重視呢？遇到新一點的題目就不適應、不習慣，“望題喊難”，本來好的命題可以在一定程度上改變基礎教育中以傳授、記憶知識為主的傳統(tǒng)教學方法，提高中學的教學質(zhì)量，培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展學生的創(chuàng)造性思維，這是完全符合新課標改革精神的。但實際上卻并不如此。
自2004年廣東、海南、山東、寧夏四省區(qū)率先進入實施新課標行列，2005年江蘇也加入實施新課標行列，這5個省區(qū)今年都用新課標考綱（文科課程標準實驗版《考試大綱》）進行高考；2006年天津、浙江、安徽、福建、遼寧相繼進入實施新課標行列，2007年北京、黑龍江、吉林、陜西、湖南，2008年即將實施新課標的有山西、江西、新疆、河南、湖北，這樣到2009年高考將有10個省區(qū)、2010年高考將有15個省區(qū)用新課標考綱了。周圍的形勢在發(fā)生著變化，新課標高考的要求更注重學習能力和學科素養(yǎng)，即“對所學相關課程基礎知識、基本技能的掌握程度和綜合運用所學知識分析、解決問題的能力”。所提出的四項考核目標與要求比《考試大綱》的要求更具體，共有13項“能夠”。這些要求很值得我們認真學習一番并貫徹在今后的復習活動中。而從今年的高考命題中已經(jīng)在隱隱地體現(xiàn)著這種改革的精神，對于有些地區(qū)來講，這將是最后一年或者是倒數(shù)第二年用《考試大綱》來考試了，因此在試題中滲透一些新課標的考試要求也是“穩(wěn)中求變”的反映吧。
基于以上的認識，我們來看今年的全國文綜試題，就可以理解那些特點的出現(xiàn)不是突然的變化，而是改革的必然要求了。
