What is eBay? The simple answer is that it is a global trading platform where nearly anyone can

Tuvalu, north of Fiji, is a tiny country in the Pacific Ocean.
Storms and huge waves are a constant threat and none of Tuvalu's nine little islands is more than five metres above sea level.
